All Taxes & Duties Included in Product Prices for the EU and USA
Customers from the USA and the European Union will not have to pay any extra fees upon delivery. Prices displayed on the website include local taxes and duties meaning there will be no unexpected charge (See Customs Fees, Duties & VAT below for more).

Tracking
Your order will always be sent using a tracked service. Your tracking number will be issued with your dispatch notice.
Customs Fees, Duties & VAT
Customers in the US will not be charged customs as long as their order comes to under $800.
Your Oscha package will be shipped from the UK with the retail price declared on the package. You are responsible for any import tax & duties incurred (except for EU countries, the USA, Japan & Israel, see below).
VAT is removed from the prices displayed for all other countries outside of the UK and EU. Prices displayed on our website show local taxes and duties included for customers in the UK and the European Union.
Japan & Isreal Taxes & Duties Information
Customers from Japan and Israel will not have to pay any extra fees upon delivery. Prices displayed on the website include local taxes and duties for Japanese customers and Israeli customer will see this amount added at checkout, meaning there will be no unexpected charge.General
We reserve the right to change shipping courier at any time and without notice to ensure that delivery of your order goes smoothly and arrives within a reasonable time. Outlying territories are not considered part of a shipping zone.
We are unable to combine shipping on separate orders, and we are unable to change the delivery address to one in another country once your order has been paid.
